The Redland Yurara Art Society Inc will again, in partnership with the Redland City Council, will be presenting the Redland Art Awards for 2010. The exhibition will be from the 6th November 2010 to the 5th December 2010 at the Redland Art Gallery Cleveland. Further details will be available in early 2010.

The Redland Yurara Exhibition at Redland Art Gallery, Capalaba will be held from the 6th November 2010 to the 5th December 2010 to coincide with the Redland Art Awards. The theme of the exhibition will be “The Art of the Matter” as the individual artist highlights, in the artwork, their individual perspective of the things that matter to them. The subject matter may be their environment, a loved family member, political statement or the local birdlife, whatever the subject, the artist will endeavour to translate and communicate the heart of the matter to the viewer or in this case “The Art of the Matter”.
